Janice Green Thomas founder CEO of Legal Outsourcing, LLC, an outsourcing firm designed specifically to service the high demand for professional administrative, secretarial, paralegal and other business support services. These services are offered to individuals, small and mid-sized law firms, corporations, and other business owners to help meet the needs of their clients and customers.

With over thirty (30) years in the legal profession, Janice’s legal career begin in 1986, at the law firm Dotson, Babcock & Scofield which is currently known as Jackson & Walker, where she worked as a Library Assistant. She would describe her work experience as an introduction to the many

practice areas of law and legal research. She continued her work in the law library at South Texas College of Law, where she managed work-study students and patron services. She discovered her passion in the legal profession, to gain more knowledge and understanding of the areas of law, the legal system and the judicial system of the courts. Janice received her Paralegal Certification from Southwest Paralegal Institute in 1999. She is skilled in many different practice areas of law, primarily focused on probate, family, personal injury, litigation, civil and criminal.

Janice's mission is to assist in the development, growth and management of individuals through her dedication and passion she has within the legal industry.
